Deceptive pet policy. upon arrival, denied entry with my pet. Front desk was unhelpful and dismissive. The downgraded room? Stains everywhere, mold, and dust that appeared hazardous. I've stayed here previously with moderate experiences, but this was the final straw. Cleanliness and customer service fell drastically. The room was not properly serviced, and the manager's rude demeanor was appalling. On a bright note, breakfast was decent. The staff at check-in were pleasant. these positives cannot overshadow the significant issues. Until there are significant improvements, I will not return. Cleanliness and respect should be non-negotiable.

During my recent stay, I was thrilled to find a restaurant on the premises, which made it super convenient to enjoy dinner without having to venture out after a long day of exploring. I did notice the bathroom was quite small for a king suite, but overall, the experience was enjoyable. the soundproofing could use some improvement, as I could hear conversations in the hallway, which might bother light sleepers.

the hotel was very clean inside and out. great location - especially in the wintertime. lots of nearby restaurants. the staff was super friendly and made sure we had a pet-friendly room with easy outside access.

When we checked into Wyndham Garden, our room was freezing cold, and we struggled to adjust the temperature using the wall controls that were falling apart. The lack of glasses or clear cups for drinks was disappointing, as we had to make do with coffee cups. the outdated carpet and broken door from the parking lot were inconvenient. the location was perfect for the event we attended, and we were impressed by the indoor pool. The front desk staff, especially the lady who served breakfast, were friendly and helpful. the room had a weird smell, and the TV didn't work properly. The beds were uncomfortably firm, and the elevator was noisy and shaky. Despite the limited breakfast options, the self-serve waffles were a standout feature. During our stay, the suite we booked was not up to standard. The cleanliness was lacking, with crumbs on the couch and a chair that smelled unpleasant. The bathroom showed signs of neglect with dust and black mold present. The amenities provided were insufficient for two guests, and even the safe didn't work. The price we paid did not match the quality of the accommodation. Staff members like Monica and Jessica were friendly and tried their best to assist us, but the overall experience fell short. The hotel's pricing policies during a natural disaster raised concerns about price gouging. In summary, while there were some positives like friendly staff and good waffles, the cleanliness and maintenance issues detracted from our overall enjoyment.

I chose this hotel solely to visit Ridenour Memorial Park, and the convenient location exceeded my expectations. The customer service agents were also available to provide assistance and were incredibly helpful. Plus, the on-site restaurant, Garden Grille, served delicious meals.

Our family had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We appreciated the variety of options available for breakfast, even though the powdery eggs were not our favorite. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. we had a great stay at Wyndham Garden in Cross Lanes. the pillows were comfortable, the restaurant on property was nice, and the gentleman who took our order was very friendly. the pool area was well maintained and the breakfast was delicious and served hot. the property was clean and well taken care of, including the clean hallways and breakfast area. the indoor and outdoor pool were both enjoyable, and the bed provided a nice balance between soft and firm.

The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing for the kids, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff was very hospitable. However, we were disappointed when the pool area became too crowded and noisy, making it difficult to relax. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
